Awesome tasting tea! I only buy PG test!Full flavored tea without any bitterness.I discovered PG Tips (decaf) while on vacation. I found them in a boutique on the coast. I needed decaf tea bags, and these were all they had. Kind of pricey, to be sure, but I was desperate. I was hooked on my first sip. I can't find them locally, so I am forced to buy them online. Whatever it takes!This time, the box of tea bags were badly damaged when I received it, crushed top and bottom and torn in the middle, causing all but 5 tea bags to open and spill out. First time for this issue, never had a problem in the past with damage of any kind...and always fresh, never stale tea at all. I'm hoping this is a one time thing. I sure hope so, because of I'm short on tea bags!PG tips is still great tea. The description does not list biodegradeable bags and I ordered based on the photo. What I got was regular PG tips. Slightly frustrated with the seller for mis-representation in the photo, but I will keep the tea and drink it.The tea is great but I am tired of companies that think that you can ship foodstuff in a thin plastic bag mailer. The boxes are crushed and tea bags torn. What a waste.#1 brand in England, per Internet research. Good basic tea; not a lot of character. Also bought Yorkshire Gold, #2 brand, which I think I prefer.My first drink in the morning.
