U R getting a tube of chapstick-like product for about twice or so what chapstick costs... If you try to apply directly to "eye bags", the very solidity/stiffness of the product will ensure that you are going to overstress and possibly damage the delicate tissue. I found that I needed to rub a small dab between fingers to soften to a softer paste before applying. But even given this approach, the most you can expect is a fairly good moisture barrier to prevent further drying...no miracle eye rejuvenation...
