Fleischmann's Instant Yeast - 2 Pack (16 oz Total) for Baking Bread, Pizza Dough & Pastries | Fast-Acting Dry Yeast for Home Bakers & Professional Chefs

I was a little hesitant in buying this as I always use the bread machine yeast. I read the questions & reviews so decided to give it a try since it saves me a lot over buying the bread machine yeast. The secret to good bread is to use good bread flour. I use Bobs Red Mill Artisan Bread flour. I wasn't too sure on the amount of yeast to use so I just added what my recipe called for. I've made two 3 lb. loaves so far & they have turned out better than when I use the bread machine yeast. I tried it using the dough setting on the breadmaker & then making hamburger & hot dog buns & they turned out fantastic. I highly recommend this yeast if you want to save money over buying the bread machine yeast. Just use the same amount of this yeast as what is called for in your bread recipe. I'm very happy I decided to give this yeast a try~~I love the results.
